Deposits
Upon moving in to your new home, we only require the following:

One Months Rent in Advance

5 Weeks Rent as Deposit
We do not charge any move in or referencing fees. If you were to look at one of our properties and decide you wanted to proceed, we would take one weeks worth of rent upfront from you to reserve the property. This small payment would then be go towards and be deducted from the balance of your first months rent. At the end of your tenancy, we follow the usual legislation when it comes to the return of your deposit. The deposit protection scheme we use is My Deposits

Since 1988, we have been refurbishing and renting out our properties and we have enjoyed our 30+ years experience. All properties through BH Rented Homes are family owned and controlled. We strive to provide a high standard of accommodation. We pledge that every one of our properties will be properly and promptly maintained – however you must advise us promptly of any repairs required in order for us to act!

We do our utmost to ensure you are content in your new home and it is our priority to continue this throughout your tenancy.
